Cellulose Fibre Pellets – CF 36P (India)

Stabilizing Additive for Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA)

1. Product Description

Cellulose Fibre Pellets – CF 36P are pelletized stabilizing additives manufactured from processed cellulose fibres. The product is specifically designed for use in Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) and other gap-graded asphalt mixes to control bitumen drain-down and enhance pavement durability.

The pellets disperse uniformly in the mix during production and form a reinforcing matrix within the bitumen, improving structural stability and performance.

2. Recommended Application

  • Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA)

  • Gap-graded asphalt mixtures
  • Heavy traffic roads
  • Expressways and highways
  • Airport pavements
  • Urban roads with high load conditions

3. Dosage Recommendation

As per IRC SP:79, recommended dosage:

0.3% by total weight of asphalt mixture

(Actual dosage may vary depending on mix design and project specifications.)

DPS – Deep Penetrating Sealer

Waterproofing & Concrete Preservation System

1. Product Description

DPS (Deep Penetrating Sealer) is an advanced inorganic, mineral-based penetrating treatment designed to waterproof and preserve concrete structures. It penetrates deep into the concrete substrate and reacts chemically with free lime and moisture to form insoluble crystalline structures within the pores and capillaries.

This process permanently densifies and seals concrete, protecting it from water ingress, chloride attack, chemicals, and environmental deterioration.

DPS is suitable for both new and existing concrete and provides long-term structural protection without forming a surface film.

2. Recommended Applications

  • Industrial floors

  • Parking structures
  • Bridges & flyovers
  • Marine structures
  • Basements & foundations
  • Water retaining structures
  • Concrete roads & pavements
  • Warehouses & factories
  • Residential & commercial buildings

4. Performance Properties

  • Deep penetration into concrete pores

  • Permanent waterproofing protection
  • Reduces chloride ion ingress
  • Increases surface hardness
  • Improves compressive strength over time
  • Anti-carbonation protection
  • Chemical resistance enhancement
  • Reduces efflorescence
  • Dust-proofing of concrete surfaces
  • Enhances adhesion for coatings and finishes

5. Advantages

  • Waterproofs and preserves concrete

  • Protects against environmental damage (rain, salts, oils, chemicals)
  • Permanent solution – no peeling or re-coating required
  • Suitable for both old and new concrete
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Safe for use in enclosed environments
  • Long shelf life

6. Application Method (General Guideline)

  1. Surface must be clean and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.

  2. Apply DPS using low-pressure spray, roller, or brush.
  3. Allow adequate penetration time.
  4. Remove excess material if required.
  5. Cure as per project specification.

(Note: Actual application method may vary based on project requirements.)
